WELCOME TO OUR WORLD OF MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION

Medical Transcription is the process whereby one accurately and swiftly transcribes
Medical records dictated by Doctors and their assistants. The type of records include
History & Physical Reports, Clinic Notes, Office Visits, Operative Reports,
Consultations, Discharge Summaries, Letters, Psychiatric Evaluations,
Laboratory/X-ray/ Pathology Reports etc. It involves receiving dictation as a
voice file, and transcribing the voice file using a Media Player and
a Word Processing Program along with many reference softwares and books.

Rachna Transcriptions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1999 specifically to take
up the project of Medical Transcription, Billing, Legal Transcription,
Data Conversion & Processing and other allied fields.
The company successfully completed training its first batch of employees
and has been on production from there on.
Being located in the heart of the metropolitan city makes the company easily
accessible to all its employees and software/hardware support service providers

The company is headed by Mr. N. P. Shah.
He is a Chemical Engineer from M S University of Baroda and
M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad (IIMA).
He has working experience of almost 25 years in the industrial field.
He is assisted by the companies strong advisory panel, consisting of
prominent Doctors, Lawyers and Chartered Accountants.
The company's day to day operations are handled by Mr. Rajesh,
a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and a Practitioner Member of the
American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT).
A supporter of AAMT goals and activities, he is also an expert in Computer
Applications and Medical Transcription Operations, making
Rachna Transcriptions Pvt. Ltd., a leading Internet based transcription company.

We at Rachna Transcriptions Pvt. Ltd., consider our employees as our
biggest strength. The employees along with the Management
work as a SOLID TEAM in executing the most critical data smoothly.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The company has been growing right from the day of incorporation.
We as a group have about 100 computer systems and a strong MT base of 90.
